Don’t ever try to open the inside layer of vulva in order to clean it since vagina can clean their area by itself. You just need to clean the genital-area that is seen by you.
For baby boy, first of all clean the area around his genital, then follow with clean the genital area. As in baby girl, you only need to clean the area that is seen by you.
After the genital area have been cleaned, lift baby’s feet then continue with clean buttock area. Make the clean-area dry, do not let the skin keep humid since it can make baby feel pain.
