How to clean baby’s teeth?
Make it as a routine activity. It is important to omit plaque. You should clean your baby’s tooth gently in order to protect the email. The techniques for clean your baby’s tooth is below:

  1. Start from outer part of upper teeth, begin from molar teeth then move slowly to the middle through the other side. Grasp the tooth brush, then brush the tooth by circular motion gently.
  2. Clean the inner surface start from the back part to the middle one, then move to the other side. Grasp tooth brush in vertically, then use the font part of tooth brush to brush the tooth by circular motion slowly.
  3. Brush chews part, hollow at molar teeth.
  4. Repeat on the above for the lower part of teeth and gum.

Tips for parents in order to make tooth brushing as a favorite routine activity:

  • Brush your tooth first when you want brush their tooth.
  • Pretend to see remaining foods that left in their mouth, and then give them praise whenever they permit you to clean it.
  • Put a mirror as tall as your baby, so that they can observe themselves while you were brushing their tooth.
  • Let them choose tooth brush shape and character they love.
  • Use a puppet as “a friend” in tooth brushing activity.
  • Give them praise often when their tooth looks clean.

For the first time, tooth brushing activity is not baby’s favorite activity. Even, they always try to avoid it. Patient and look for the right tricks to conquer your baby. Brushing baby’s teeth is a must in order to make them accustomed to it and to keep their teeth’s health.
